I want to correct the record on this matter. The Deputy should resume his seat. He has stated the Minister will not allow questions to be answered. That is not true. I am obliged to deal with questions in accordance with Standing Orders. If a question is out of order, it must undergo a particular procedure, which includes obtaining advice from officials of the Houses. It is only then that a decision is taken. The Deputy should be careful when he accuses people of wrongdoing.
