I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the Dáil today, in the case of the Third, Fourth and Fifth Stages of the Social Welfare and Pensions Bill 2013 which are to be taken on Friday, 25th October, 2013, the proceedings thereon, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion in accordance with the following timetable:-

Proceedings To conclude after:

Sections 1 to 4 30 minutes

Sections 5 and 6 30 minutes

Section 7 7 minutes

Section 8 20 minutes

Sections 9 and 10 30 minutes

Section 11 30 minutes

Section 12 30 minutes

Sections 13 and 14 7 minutes

Sections 15 to 18 inclusive; 37 minutes

the Title; and Fourth and Fifth Stages

and where proceedings have not concluded by the stated time, they shall be brought to a conclusion by one Question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Social Protection in relation to the sections of the Bill to which they refer.
