I move amendment No. 19:

In page 27, to delete lines 4 to 10 and substitute the following:“(8) Where the dwelling the subject of a tenancy is one out of which a subtenancy has been created, the landlord shall, when referring the complaint to the Board under subsection (2), notify the sub-tenant accordingly.”.
