To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will review and revise the royalties and levies agreement that allow supra-normal profits on any future oil and gas finds off our coast as evidence of recent test drillings are very positive and the speculation is that locations of these drills may prove to be most viable and lucrative; if he will provide an update on his Department's recent communications with the oil drilling companies; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
