I move amendment No. 8:

In page 32, between lines 27 and 28, to insert the following:

"Amendment of section 85B of Act of 1988

33. Section 85B of the Act of 1988 (inserted by section 157 of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012) is amended by the insertion, after subsection (2), of the following: "(2A) An order of discharge shall provide that any property of the bankrupt then vested in the Official Assignee shall be revested in or returned to the bankrupt, and that order shall for all purposes be deemed to be a conveyance, assignment or transfer of that property to the bankrupt and, where appropriate, may be registered accordingly.".".
