To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if the forthcoming water services Bill allows the transfer of local authority water section assets, including land, installations, networks and other property, to Uisce Éireann without a section 183 ban passed by councils; and if it will allow the local authorities' outstanding debts and payments on public private partnerships to be absorbed by Uisce Éireann; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
