I move amendment No. 129:

In page 14, between lines 21 and 22, to insert the following:“16.Nothing in this Act shall operate to make lawful the direct, intentional ending of unborn human life during the period of time commencing 12 weeks after implantation of that unborn life in the womb of a woman and ending on the complete emergence of that life from the body of the woman.”.
