I move amendment No. 101:

In page 12, between lines 17 and 18, to insert the following:"(6) A medical practitioner shall be disqualified from sitting on the review committee where he or she has previously refused to perform an abortion on ground of conscientious objection and or has previously expressed publicly an opinion in general opposition to abortion in all its forms and or abortion as a treatment option under the terms of this Act.".
