I move amendment No. 23:

In page 5, between lines 12 and 13, to insert the following:“(11) The Minister shall set out by way of regulation those items that are current expenditure and those that are capital expenditure under the Ministerial expenditure ceilings on or before 15 September 2013.”.”.
