To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) who is imprisoned in Lithuania, will have their case heard before the Court of Appeal in Vilnius, on 27 June; and if the Irish Ambassador to Lithuania, or another high ranking embassy official, will attend this hearing.
