As the motion for the Second Reading of the Bill is not being pressed, the debate is noted. The content of the debate and the legislation itself will be informally sent to the Oireachtas Committee on the Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht but the formality is that the Bill is being withdrawn.

I again thank Deputy Dowds. We heard wonderful contributions here this morning, which proves the value of Private Members' time. That people were able to organise a debate for three hours that allowed 20 Members to contribute shows it can be done with co-operation.
