I move amendment No. 1:

In page 9, line 24, to delete “section 87” and substitute the following:“section 5, in so far as it relates to Schedules 3 and 4, and sections 72 to 75, 77 to 83 and 85 to 88”.

Amendments Nos. 1 to 4, inclusive, are drafting amendments to Part 1 of the Bill. They simply correct cross-referencing issues.
