The summit meeting - in respect of which I tabled a number of questions - must have been very disappointing. There are major crises occurring throughout the world. I refer to events in the Middle East, the ongoing situation in Cyprus - which does not appear to have got much mention at the summit - and the massive problem of youth unemployment. The figure for the latter here, approximately 30.4%, is substantially higher than the EU average of 22.9%. We all know the effect of emigration in dictating that figure.
