To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade in view of the rate of expansion of Israeli settlements, and the deterioration of the situation on the ground in the past 12 months since the EU foreign affairs council conclusions of May 2012, if he will use the opportunity of the upcoming EU Foreign Affairs Council to formally propose an EU-wide ban on settlement goods.
