That will help the smooth operation of the system. As I have said, the Minister for Education and Skills has examined what happened in the past year with the operation of SUSI. He has brought his consideration of that to Government. He is fully aware of it and is endeavouring to ensure it operates better this year. The heads of the local government Bill are being drafted and it is due to be published this session.
