I move amendment No. 2:

In page 13, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following:"(2) The Board shall, as soon as is practicable after the commencement of this section, establish and publish on its Internet website, and maintain, a list (in this Act referred to as the "List of non-Interchangeable Medicinal Products"), in such form as it thinks fit, of groups of medicinal products in respect of which it is satisfied, in accordance with section 5, as respects each such group, that all the medicinal products which fall within the group are, for prescription purposes, not interchangeable with each other.".
