As Deputies Michael McGrath and Pearse Doherty are not present in the Chamber to introduce their Private Members' Bills - the Mortgage Resolution Bill 2013 and the Finance (Local Property Tax Repeal) Bill 2013 - I will move on to the Bill in the name of Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin. Perhaps we might leave the two Bills over until after the Easter break.
