I move amendment No. 17:

In page 76, between lines 31 and 32, to insert the following:“34.—The Minister shall within 1 year of the passing of this Act prepare and lay before Dáil Éireann an analysis of the tax expenditures included in this Act, setting out their incurred cost to the State and the impact they have had on job creation, volume of new start-ups, preventing job losses and other such impacts.”.

Before speaking on the amendment, I want to respond to the Minister's suggestion that I supported colleagues in calling for section-23-type reliefs.
