I wish to ask the Taoiseach about two issues. The housing adaptation grants for people with disabilities, the mobility aids for housing grants and housing aid for older people were announced in recent days. Last year, County Kerry received €3.2 million. This year, we will receive €1.4 million, a reduction of more than 50%. Not only will this hurt people who are disabled, vulnerable or need assistance in their homes, but also it will have a knock-on effect for small builders who rely on such work to carry them over the summer months into the winter.
