To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will ensure that public bodies that engage the services of legal firms and legal practitioners are compelled to publish annual payments made to each legal firm or legal persons, relating to each calendar year; and the systems in place to monitor this and ensure that public moneys are not being wasted.
