To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the extent to which he has had discussions with or received submissions from the various local authorities in connection with proposals to address the issue of local and county road deterioration arising from the prolonged wet and wintery weather conditions; the extent to which he has managed to provide funding to address this issue; if he has received any priority lists for such works; the extent to which he has responded to any such requests; if this adequately meets the demand; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
