To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason he targeted the budget cuts at low income drystock farmers in sucklers and sheep, through the abolition of the suckler cow welfare scheme and the imposition of a 22% cut in the grassland sheep scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
