In this State, people pay separately for each of these services by way of tax on their incomes or by way of charges. I hope I have clarified the situation in this regard to the Minister of State and that he and his colleagues will refrain from spinning untruths. It is untruthful to say that rates in the North do not cover the services I have outlined.

The Minister of State is aware that the Northern Ireland Assembly-Executive comprises five-parties. The situation would be a lot of different if there was a single party government in the driving seat.
