To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government the current position regarding the development of primary legislation for dealing with the levies required to resolve the problems being experienced by families in pyrite contaminated homes; when a fully appointed resolution board will be in place; and if it will include a representative of the Pyrite Action Group in order to best address these continuing problems causing much hardship and concerns to the persons affected.
