I move amendment No. 17:

In page 10, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following:"(c) notwithstanding the generality of section 4(b) the Commission will invite the following to appoint a person to this committee—

(i) a representative of the Minister of the Government, namely—

(I) the Minister for Arts Heritage and the Gaeltacht,

(II) the Minister for Education and Skills, and

(III) the Minister for Justice and Equality,

(ii) Foras na Gaeilge,

(iii) An Coiste Tearmaíochta,

(iv) TG4,

(v) Raidio na Gaeltachta,

(vi) An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeilge agus Gaeltachta, and any person the Commission considers appropriate.".
