To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the date on which his review of the grading structure of the Civil Service will be concluded; if this review includes primary school, secondary school and third level staff; if the review will include State agency salaries, local authority salaries, Health Service Executive salaries, an Garda Siochana staff; if he intends to apply the principle of equal pay for equal work to the grading structure reforms; if this review will inform current discussions with trade union representatives with regards to extending the Croke Park Agreement.
