I wish to ask about the commitment in the programme for Government on the promised climate Bill. We were promised the Bill last year. The roadmap has been published by the Minister and we were promised the heads of the Bill prior to the summer. Summer came and went but nothing happened.

On several occasions during the autumn we were promised that we would have it before Christmas, but the Minister did not bring it forward and neither did Santa Claus.
