Seanad amendment No. 203:Section 147: In page 121, before section 147, but in Part 5, to insert the following new section:148.—(1) A person shall not— (a) act as a personal insolvency practitioner, (b) hold himself or herself out as available to act as a personal insolvency practitioner, or (c) represent himself or herself by advertisement as available to act as a personal insolvency practitioner, unless that person is authorised to so act by virtue of this Act.(2) A person who acts in contravention of subsection (1) is guilty of an offence.”.
