Seanad amendment No. 193:Section 145: In page 118, before section 145, to insert the following new section: 145.—The Bankruptcy Act 1988 is amended by the insertion, after section 65, of the following new section:65A.—An application for an order under section 65 shall not be made after the coming into operation of this section, but this section shall not operate to prevent an application under section 65(2) where an order under section 65(1) is in force on the coming into operation of this section.”.
