Seanad amendment No. 190:Section 139: In page 117, lines 7 and 8, to delete all words from and including “is” in line 7 down to and including “creditors” in line 8 and substitute the following:“is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors and that the requirements of section 11(4) and (5) have been complied with”.
