Seanad amendment No. 188:Section 138: In page 116, lines 35 and 36, to delete all words from and including “the” where it firstly occurs in line 35 down to and including “Court” in line 36 and substitute the following:“the contents of any statement of affairs of the debtor filed with the Court”.
