Seanad amendment No. 174:Section 129: In page 113, subsection (1), lines 1 to 4, to delete paragraph (a), and substitute the following:“(a) where a person is a natural person— (i)by giving it to the person personally, or (ii) by sending it by prepaid post, or otherwise delivering it, in a letter addressed to the person at the person’s usual or last known place of residence or business,or”.
