Seanad amendment No. 147:Section 112: In page 102, between lines 33 and 34, to insert the following subsection: “(10) Notwithstanding subsections (3) and (4), the fact that a Personal Insolvency Arrangement is in effect in relation to a debtor under this Chapter shall not operate to prevent a creditor taking the actions referred to in subsection (3)* or (4) as respects another person who has guaranteed the specified debts concerned.”.
