Seanad amendment No. 129:Section 95: In page 87, lines 32 to 39, to delete subsection (4) and substitute the following: “(4) For the purposes of subsection (2)(g), and without prejudice to subsection (3), in determining whether a debtor would have sufficient income to maintain a reasonable standard of living for the debtor and his or her dependants under the Personal Insolvency Arrangement, regard shall be had to any guidelines issued under section 23.”.
