Seanad amendment No. 88:Section 68: In page 64, lines 28 to 30, to delete subsection (2) and substitute the following:“(2) The voting rights exercisable by a creditor at a creditors’ meeting shall be proportionate to the amount of the debt due by the debtor to the creditor on the day the protective certificate is issued.”.
