Seanad amendment No. 77:Section 60: In page 59, lines 3 to 10, to delete subsection (4) and substitute the following: “(4) For the purposes of subsection (2)(f), and without prejudice to subsection (3), in determining whether a debtor would have sufficient income to maintain a reasonable standard of living for the debtor and his or her dependants under the Debt Settlement Arrangement, regard shall be had to any guidelines issued under section 23*.”.
