Seanad amendment No. 43:Section 25: In page 32, subsection (2)(c), line 31, to delete “section 25;” and substitute the following:“section 25 and a statutory declaration made by the debtor confirming that the statement is a complete and accurate statement of the debtor’s assets, liabilities, income and expenditure;”.
