Seanad amendment No. 37:Section 24: In page 30, between lines 11 and 12, to insert the following subsection: “(14) In determining what constitutes reasonable living expenses or a reasonable standard of living for the purposes of this section, regard shall be had to guidelines issued under section 23*.”.
