Seanad amendment No. 24: Section 23: In page 24, before section 23, but in Part 2, to insert the following new section:24.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing the Insolvency Service, in the performance of its functions under this Act, from sending or receiving documents or other information, or otherwise communicating, by electronic means.”.
