Seanad amendment No. 21: Section 16: In page 21, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following new subsection: “(8) The Minister may, if he or she considers it appropriate to do so, cause a copy of a report submitted under subsection (3)—(a) to be laid before each House of the Oireachtas, and (b) where paragraph (a) has been complied with, published in such form and manner as he or she considers appropriate.”.
