Seanad amendment No. 13: Section 8: In page 14, lines 35 to 39, to delete subsection (6) and substitute the following: “(6) Any contract or instrument which, if entered into or executed by an individual, would not require to be under seal may be entered into or executed on behalf of the Insolvency Service by the Director or any person generally or specially authorised by the Director in that behalf.”.
