Seanad amendment No. 12: Section 8: In page 14, lines 10 to 17, to delete subsection (2) and substitute the following: “(2) The Insolvency Service shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may sue and be sued in its corporate name.”.
