The Dáil went into Committee to resume consideration of Seanad amendment No. 2:Section 2: In page 11, subsection (1), between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following: " "electronic means" includes electrical, digital, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, biometric and photonic means of transmission of data and other forms of related technology by means of which data is transmitted;".
