Seanad amendment No. 239:Schedule: In page 122, before the Schedule, to insert the following new section:157.--The Courts of Justice Act 1924 is amended in section 66--(a) by designating the section as subsection (1), and (b) by inserting the following after subsection (1):“(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the times at which specialist judges of the Circuit Court may take vacations shall be such times as may be approved of by the Minister.”.”.
