Seanad amendment No. 238:Schedule: In page 122, before the Schedule, to insert the following new section:156.--The Courts of Justice Act 1924 is amended by substituting the following section for section 38:“38.--(1) The following judges shall be addressed in such manner as may be determined by the rules to be made under this Part:(a) all the circuit judges, other than the specialist judges, and (b) all the specialist judges.(2) All the circuit judges, other than the specialist judges, shall rank amongst themselves according to priority of appointment.”.”.
