(c) In the definition of “retail credit firm”— (i) substitute “paragraph (e)” for “paragraph (g)”, and (ii) substitute “section 2(1)” for “section 3”. 2 Section 32A(5)(b) After “officer” insert “appointed under “Part 5 of the Central Bank Reform Act 2010”.
