Further to the Taoiseach's response regarding legislation on the proposed property tax, it is envisaged that the legislation will follow the Cabinet's discussion of the Thornhill report. Has that report been furnished to the Cabinet and will it be published when the legislation is proposed? I would like to think that the report has been with the Cabinet for some time now, based on the negotiations that are taking place between the Department of Social Protection and Revenue on the collection of property taxes.
