To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to the fact that participation in sport has increased from 34% in 2009 to 40% in 2012 and that due to increased concerns around health and obesity, his views on whether funding to community sporting clubs and organisations should be ringfenced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
