To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if he will outline in detail the process of outsourcing the scanning of grant application documents to a third party in County Cork; if a cost benefit analysis was conducted prior to the awarding of the contract to the company; if the contract was put out to public tender; the cost differential of outsourcing this element of the grant application process of Student Universal Support Ireland to delivering it in-house.
