When is publication expected for the road traffic Bill? We have introduced many safety measures for road traffic but with darker evenings, people are still walking on the roads. It should be mandatory for people to wear reflective jackets or armbands in such circumstances. This is a serious issue in rural Ireland, where people go out on the road without proper reflective jackets or armbands. There should be fine for not wearing such clothing.
